As part of Azad Jammu & Kashmir’s broader e-governance vision, CDigital successfully developed and deployed a Driving License Management System (DLMS) to modernize and streamline the region’s licensing processes. This end-to-end digital solution was aligned with the government's strategic pillars of Computer Mass Literacy, E-Governance, and the Promotion of Advanced IT Culture. This customized software solution fully automates driving license issuance, renewal, upgrades, and record management, ensuring fast, transparent, and citizen-friendly public services. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology and modern communication infrastructure, the system is designed to run seamlessly on any device, ensuring maximum accessibility and usability.
Powered by a web-based, responsive architecture, the DLMS integrates cutting-edge features including NADRA Verisys verification, real-time video monitoring of driving tests, SMS/email alerts, and hierarchical administrative controls. The platform delivers real-time analytics and reporting tools that support evidence-based decision-making. Since implementation, the system has significantly improved service delivery, reduced manual errors, and empowered authorities with greater oversight, transparency, and operational efficiency—setting a benchmark for digital governance in the region.
